Joint frequency assignments

The Federal Network Agency may cooperate with the competent authorities of other Member States of the European Union and with the Radio Spectrum Policy Group to determine joint aspects of a frequency assignment, having regard to the interests put forward by market participants, and, where appropriate, to jointly conduct an award procedure under section 100.
