Legal remedies

(1) An objection and an action against decisions of the Federal Network Agency have no suspensive effect.
(2) In the case under section 211, and for decisions of the Federal Network Agency under Part 9, no preliminary proceedings take place.
(3) In the case under section 211, and for decisions of the Federal Network Agency under Part 9, an appeal against a judgment and a complaint under the Code of Administrative Court Procedure or under the Courts Constitution Act against another decision of the administrative court are excluded. This does not apply to 1. the complaint against the order under section 218(2), first sentence, 2. the complaint against refusal to admit an appeal on points of law under section 135 in conjunction with section 133 of the Code of Administrative Court Procedure, and 3. the complaint against orders on the legal route under section 17a(2) and (3) of the Courts Constitution Act. Section 17a(4), fourth to sixth sentences, of the Courts Constitution Act applies correspondingly to the complaint against orders on the legal route.
(4) For actions for annulment against decisions of the national dispute resolution body under section 211(2) in conjunction with section 72, section 128(4), section 134(5), or section 149, the administrative court in whose district the national dispute resolution body has its seat has local jurisdiction. This also applies to actions to compel performance in the cases under the first sentence. The first and second sentences apply correspondingly to disputes concerning decisions of the Federal Network Agency under Part 9.
