Construction, connection, and operation of small-area wireless access points

(1) The competent authorities do not unreasonably restrict the construction of small-area wireless access points that comply with the implementing measures under Article 57(2) of Directive (EU) 2018/1972.
(2) The construction and connection of small-area wireless access points is not subject to fees and expenses beyond those permissible under section 223. This does not affect fees and expenses levied for authorisations under subsection (1), third sentence, and commercial agreements.
