Revenue from shared use

Owners or operators of public utility networks may exclude, from the basis for calculating end-user tariffs of their principal activity, revenue from shared use that exceeds the costs within the meaning of section 149(2), third sentence, and that accrues to the owner or operator of the public utility network through enabling shared use of its passive network infrastructure.
