Dispute conciliation

(1) Persons entitled or obliged under sections 75 and 76 may jointly refer unresolved disputes concerning the application of these provisions to the conciliation body under the following subsections. The referral is made in writing or electronically. The Federal Network Agency decides within two months.
(2) The conciliation body under subsection (1) is established at the Federal Network Agency. It consists of a chairing member and two assessor members. The Federal Network Agency regulates the establishment and composition of the conciliation body and adopts rules of procedure. The establishment and composition of the conciliation body, and the rules of procedure, are to be published by the Federal Network Agency.
(3) The conciliation body under subsection (1) gives the competent body under Land law the opportunity to comment as part of this procedure. Where the competent body under Land law raises objections under media law, it takes a corresponding decision within the prescribed time frame. The two decisions may be taken in a combined procedure.
