(1) Telecommunications services under section 157(2), including the connection to a public telecommunications network at a fixed location necessary for this, must be offered to consumers at an affordable price. The Federal Network Agency publishes, after hearing the circles concerned, principles on determining affordable prices for telecommunications services under section 157(2), including the connection to a public telecommunications network at a fixed location necessary for this, within six months of the entry into force of this provision.
(2) The Federal Network Agency monitors the development and level of prices for telecommunications services under section 157(2), including the connection to a public telecommunications network at a fixed location necessary for this.
