(1) The Federal Network Agency may seize objects that may be of significance as evidence for the investigation. The seizure is to be notified without delay to the persons affected by it.
(2) The Federal Network Agency must apply, within three days, for judicial confirmation by the local court in whose district the seizure took place, where neither the person affected by it nor an adult relative was present at the seizure, or where the person affected and, in the case of their absence, an adult relative of the person affected, expressly objected to the seizure.
(3) The person affected may apply for a judicial decision at any time. They are to be advised of this. The court competent under subsection (2) decides on the application.
(4) An appeal against the judicial decision is permissible. Sections 306 to 310 and 311a of the Code of Criminal Procedure apply correspondingly.
