Information on properties

(1) Information on properties is information on properties, land, infrastructure, and other physical infrastructure suitable for the purposes of mobile network deployment, the owner of which is the Federation, a Land, or a municipality.
(2) The Central Information Office of the Federation requires the owners referred to in subsection (1) to provide the information necessary for providing information on properties under section 78(1), point 5, for the data portal under section 78(1). Section 79(3) applies correspondingly.
(3) The data portal maintained by the Central Information Office of the Federation under section 78(1) enables access to information on properties within the meaning of subsection (1), in accordance with conditions for access maintained by the Central Information Office of the Federation. Where the functions of the Central Information Office of the Federation are not performed directly by the Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and State Modernisation, the conditions for access require the approval of the Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and State Modernisation.
