(1) Fees and expenses are levied for preliminary proceedings.
(2) For the complete or partial rejection of an objection, a fee of up to the amount of the fee set for the challenged official act is levied. The objection body decides on the costs at its equitable discretion. In cases where no fee is charged for the challenged official act of the Federal Network Agency, the fee is determined in accordance with section 34(1) of the Court Fees Act; sections 3 to 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure apply correspondingly to determining the value of the matter in dispute.
(3) Where an objection is withdrawn after substantive processing of it has begun, but before its conclusion, the fee amounts to no more than 75 percent of the objection fee. The objection body decides on the costs at its equitable discretion.
