The Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and State Modernisation is empowered, in agreement with the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, to determine, by statutory instrument with the consent of the Bundesrat, the form, the technical format, and the level of detail, for example as to location and technical characteristics, in which information within the meaning of section 78(1) is to be provided to the Central Information Office of the Federation.
