(1) An undertaking on which an obligation has been imposed under section 21 or 22 must, without delay, but no later than three months after the imposition of the access obligation, offer corresponding access to other undertakings that request that access service in order to be able to offer telecommunications services.
(2) Access agreements under subsection (1) are to be submitted to the Federal Network Agency.
