Restriction of the frequency assignment

Use of assigned frequencies may be temporarily restricted where those frequencies are needed by the competent authorities to perform their functions in a state of tension or a state of defence, in the context of alliance obligations, in the context of cooperation with the United Nations, in the context of international agreements on emergency management, or in the case of natural disasters, terrorist attacks, or other comparable events and particularly serious accidents.
