International reporting obligations

Operators of public telecommunications networks and providers of publicly available telecommunications services must, on request, make available to the Federal Network Agency and, insofar as necessary for the performance of their functions, to other competent authorities, the information they require in order to fulfil reporting obligations to the Commission and other international bodies.
