Time limits for authorisation of civil works

Authorisations for civil works necessary for the purpose of deploying components of very high capacity networks are to be granted or refused within three months of receipt of a complete application. The time limit may be extended by one month where this is justified by the difficulty of the matter. The extension of the time limit is to be given reasons and notified in good time.
