Charges for the priority telecommunications entitlement

Priority telecommunications users must pay the following charges to their provider: 1. for every connection and transmission path for which precautions under section 187(1), first sentence, point 1, were taken, a one-off charge of EUR 100, and 2. for every connection for which technical precautions under section 187(1), first sentence, point 2, were taken, a one-off charge of EUR 50. This settles all claims to charges. Where an obligated party has duly reversed the precautions taken and a new certificate under section 186(3), first sentence, point 9, is subsequently presented to it, the first sentence applies correspondingly. The other charges for using telecommunications services remain unaffected.
