Notification of general orders

Decisions of the Federal Network Agency in the form of Technical Guidelines and other general orders are, by way of derogation from section 209(1), to be publicly notified. Public notification is effected by 1. publishing the complete decision on the Federal Network Agency's website, and 2. publishing the following in the Official Gazette of the Federal Network Agency: a) the operative part of the general order, b) the instruction on the legal remedy, and c) a reference to publication of the complete decision on the Federal Network Agency's website. The general order is deemed notified two weeks after publication in the Official Gazette of the Federal Network Agency; the publication must refer to this. Section 41(4), fourth sentence, of the Administrative Procedure Act applies correspondingly.
