Part 3 · Customer Protection › Section 66

Bundled offers

(1) Where a service bundle, or a bundle of services and terminal equipment, offered to consumers includes at least one internet access service or one publicly available number-based interpersonal telecommunications service (bundle contract), sections 52 and 54(3), sections 56, 57, and 59(1) apply to all elements of the bundle, including those components that would not otherwise fall within those provisions.
(2) Where a component of the bundle under subsection (1) is terminable, on account of non-compliance with the contract terms or non-provision, before the end of the agreed contract term, the consumer may, instead of terminating the individual contract component, terminate the contract in respect of all components of the bundle.
(3) The original term of a contract may not be extended by an order for additional services or terminal equipment provided or distributed by the same provider of internet access services or publicly available number-based interpersonal telecommunications services, where those services or terminal equipment are included within the scope of services under that contract. This does not apply where the consumer expressly consents to the extension when ordering the additional services or terminal equipment.
