Part 7 · Numbering › Section 109

Price indication

(1) A person who offers, or advertises, to end users 1. premium services, 2. directory enquiry services, 3. mass traffic services, 4. service-number services, 5. short code services, or 6. services via national subscriber numbers, must, in doing so, state the maximum price payable for use of the service under section 112(1) to (5) or (6), fourth sentence, either time-dependently per minute or time-independently per use, including value added tax and other price components. For prices determined under section 123(7), first sentence, that price is to be stated. Where a lower price than the maximum price applies uniformly, across all networks, for all providers, that price may also be stated.
(2) The price is to be stated legibly, clearly visibly, and in direct connection with the telephone number. The price indication should, as far as possible, be accessible. Where the telephone number is displayed, the price indication may not be displayed for a shorter time than the telephone number. Reference must be made to the conclusion of a continuing contractual relationship.
(3) For fax services, the number of pages to be transmitted is additionally to be stated.
