Information system on legal remedies lodged

(1) The Federal Network Agency collects the following information on the legal remedies lodged against its decisions:
1. the number and general content of the legal remedies lodged,
2. the duration of the proceedings, and
3. the number of decisions in interim legal protection.
(2) The Federal Network Agency makes the information under subsection (1), and the decisions or court judgments, available to the Commission and BEREC on their reasoned request.
