Contribution by undertakings to the provision of telecommunications services

Every provider active, within the scope of this Act, on the relevant market for the provision of telecommunications services under section 157(2) is obliged to contribute to ensuring that the provision of telecommunications services under sections 157 and 158 can be provided. The obligation under the first sentence is to be fulfilled in accordance with the provisions of this Division.
