Structure of the standard formula

Where the Solvency Capital Requirement is calculated using the standard formula, it is composed of the following elements: 1. the Basic Solvency Capital Requirement under sections 100 to 106, 2. the capital requirement for operational risk under section 107, and 3. the adjustment for the loss-absorbing capacity of technical provisions and deferred taxes under section 108.
