Decisions of the supervisory authority on the occasion of the entry into force of this Act

(1) From 11 April 2015, the supervisory authority is authorised to decide on the approval of
1. ancillary own funds under section 90,
2. the classification of own-fund items under section 91(5),
3. undertaking-specific parameters under section 109(2),
4. internal full or partial models under sections 111 and 112,
5. ancillary own funds of an intermediate insurance holding company or an intermediate mixed financial holding company under section 257(2),
6. an internal model for the group under sections 261 and 262 and section 265(5),
7. the use of the matching adjustment for the relevant risk-free interest rate term structure under sections 80 and 81,
8. the use of the volatility adjustment for the relevant risk-free interest rate term structure under section 82,
9. the application of the transitional measure for risk-free interest rates under section 351,
10. the application of the transitional measure for technical provisions under section 352.
(2) From 1 April 2015, the supervisory authority is authorised to
1. determine the level and scope of group supervision under sections 245 to 249,
2. determine the authority competent for group supervision under sections 279 and 280,
3. establish a college of supervisors under section 283.
(3) From 1 July 2015, the supervisory authority is authorised to
1. decide on the deduction of a participation under section 259(2),
2. select the method for calculating the group's solvency under section 252,
3. decide on equivalence in accordance with sections 258 and 288,
4. permit insurance undertakings to fall under sections 269 and 270 under section 268,
5. make the determinations under sections 289 and 290,
6. decide that transitional measures under sections 343 to 350 apply.
(4) Decisions under subsections (1) to (3) take effect on 1 January 2016, unless a later date is named in the decision.
