(1) Insofar as life insurance undertakings provide occupational retirement provision benefits, sections 234k to 234p and 235a apply correspondingly to the information provided to prospective and current beneficiaries.
(2) Subsection (1) applies to insurance business in other member states or contracting states where the insurance contracts are governed by German law.
