Ancillary provisions; exclusion of suspensive effect

(1) Administrative acts under this Act, or under a statutory instrument issued on the basis of this Act, may be furnished with ancillary provisions.
(2) An objection and an action for rescission against measures and decisions of the supervisory authority, including the threat and imposition of coercive means under section 18(1) and (2), sections 19, 20, 25(4), first and second sentences, sections 36, 66a, 127(2), section 133(1) and (2), section 134(7), section 135(3), section 137(2), section 264, and under section 298(1) and (2) and section 299, point 1, these in conjunction with section 8(1) or section 15(1) and (2) or section 23 or section 294(6) or section 295, under section 298(3), sections 301, 303(2), section 304(3), point 2, and (4), second sentence, section 305(1) and (2), sections 306, 306a, 307(1), and sections 308, 308b, 308d, 312, and 314, have no suspensive effect. An objection and an action for rescission against measures and decisions of the supervisory authority under Article 6(4), Article 8(1), or Article 63 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1238, and against the threat and imposition of coercive means against these measures and decisions, have no suspensive effect.
