Transitional provision on the Act Supplementing and Amending the Provisions on the Equal Participation of Women in Leadership Positions in the Private Sector and in the Public Service

Section 188(1), second sentence, of this Act, in conjunction with section 76(4) of the Stock Corporation Act, and section 189(3), first sentence, of this Act, in conjunction with section 111(5) of the Stock Corporation Act, in the version of the Stock Corporation Act respectively in force from 12 August 2021, apply for the first time to the setting of target figures from 12 August 2021.
