Entry of the amendment of the articles of association

(1) The amendment of the articles of association must be registered for entry in the commercial register. The application must be accompanied by the document evidencing approval. The complete text of the articles of association must also be attached; it must bear a notary's certification that the amended provisions of the articles of association correspond to the resolution on the amendment, and that the unamended provisions correspond to the complete text of the articles of association most recently filed with the commercial register.
(2) The entry may refer to the documents on the amendment filed with the court, unless the amendment concerns the particulars under section 187.
(3) The amendment does not take effect until it has been entered in the commercial register at the court in whose district the association has its registered office.
