Ranking of insolvency claims

(1) The claims for redemption of the founders' fund rank behind all other insolvency claims. Among the insolvency claims, claims arising from an insurance relationship belonging to members who belonged to the association upon the opening of insolvency proceedings, or who departed in the last year before the opening application or after that application, are satisfied in a rank behind the claims of the other insolvency creditors.
(2) No additional calls or apportionments may be levied for the redemption of the founders' fund.
