(1) The entry in the commercial register must state: 1. the company name and registered office of the association, 2. the classes of insurance to which the business is to extend, 3. the amount of the founders' fund, 4. the date on which the business operation was authorised, and 5. the members of the management board. The power of representation held by the members of the management board must also be entered.
(2) Where the articles of association provide anything on the duration of the association, that must also be entered.
