Procedure

(1) An application made under section 322(1) may be withdrawn at any time by the Land authority that previously conducted supervision, as of 1 January, with effect from 1 January of the following year.
(2) Where the Federal Institute has taken over supervision under section 322(2), the application may be withdrawn, with the effect under subsection (1), only jointly by all the Land governments concerned.
(3) In the transfer of supervisory powers under sections 321 and 322, the Federal Institute must announce the point in time of the takeover or transfer of supervision in the Federal Gazette at least two weeks in advance.
