(1) For each retirement provision scheme it operates, the pension fund must make available to prospective and current beneficiaries general information about the retirement provision scheme.
(2) The pension fund must, within a reasonable period, notify prospective and current beneficiaries of all information relevant to them concerning amended provisions of the retirement provision scheme.
(3) Where the methods and assumptions for calculating the technical provisions are materially changed, the pension fund must, within a reasonable period, make available an explanation of the resulting effects on prospective and current beneficiaries.
