The management board must register the dissolution of the association for entry in the commercial register. This does not apply in the cases of section 198, points 3 and 4. In these cases, the court must enter the dissolution and its cause of its own motion; the registry of the insolvency court must transmit to the registry court a certified copy of the opening resolution, or a certified copy of the resolution refusing the opening application, bearing a certificate of finality.
