(1) Health insurance undertakings must notify the supervisory authority without delay of:
1. in health insurance within the meaning of section 146(1), the intended use of new or amended general terms of insurance, attaching these;
2. in health insurance within the meaning of section 146(1), the intended use of new or amended principles within the meaning of section 9(4), point 5, attaching all documents specified there.
(2) The Association of Private Health Insurers is thereby entrusted with sovereign powers to determine the kind, scope, and amount of the benefits under the standard tariff in accordance with section 152(1) and under the emergency tariff in accordance with section 153(1). Technical supervision is exercised by the Federal Ministry of Finance.
