In substitutive medical expense insurance, a loading of 10 percent of the annual zillmerised gross premium must be levied on the insured, from no later than the beginning of the calendar year following the insured person's 21st birthday and ending in the calendar year in which the insured person reaches the age of 60. This must be allocated directly, each year, to the ageing provision under section 341f(3) of the Commercial Code, and used to reduce premiums in old age under section 150(3). The first and second sentences do not apply to insurance with fixed contract terms under section 195(2) and (3) of the Insurance Contract Act, to tariffs that regularly end no later than the statutory retirement age, or to the emergency tariff under section 153.
