Additional calls and apportionments in insolvency proceedings

(1) The additional calls or apportionments required by the insolvency proceedings are determined and levied by the insolvency administrator. Immediately after the statement of assets under section 153 of the Insolvency Code has been lodged at the registry, the administrator must calculate how much the members must advance, according to their contribution obligation, to cover the shortfall shown by the statement of assets. Section 106(1), second sentence, and (2) and (3), and sections 107 to 113 of the Cooperative Societies Act apply correspondingly to this advance calculation and to supplementary calculations.
(2) Soon after the final distribution begins under section 196 of the Insolvency Code, the insolvency administrator must calculate the contributions the members must finally make. Section 114(2), sections 115, 115a, 115c, and 115d(1), and sections 115e to 118 of the Cooperative Societies Act apply correspondingly to this and to the further procedure.
