Winding-up

(1) Following the dissolution of the association, winding-up takes place, unless insolvency proceedings have been opened over its assets.
(2) During the winding-up, the same provisions apply as before the winding-up, insofar as nothing to the contrary follows from the following provisions or from the purpose of the winding-up. In particular, additional calls or apportionments within the meaning of section 179 may be levied and collected. New insurance may no longer be written, and existing insurance may not be increased or extended.
