Requirements for information to be provided

(1) The information on a retirement provision scheme prescribed under this Division must
1. be drafted in German;
2. be formulated clearly, concisely, and comprehensibly, without using technical terms or expressions where the matter can also be presented in ordinary language;
3. be coherent, with terms and designations used and maintained consistently;
4. be presented in a reader-friendly form;
5. be updated regularly.
(2) The information must not be misleading.
(3) The prescribed information is made available free of charge.
(4) The provisions of this Division do not apply to retirement provision schemes operated by the pension fund on a cross-border basis within the meaning of section 241.
