(1) The pension fund must regularly inform the current beneficiary of the benefits due to him or her and of any rights of election as to the form in which the benefits may be drawn.
(2) The pension fund must inform current beneficiaries of a reduction in the benefits due to them
1. without delay after the final decision on the reduction, and
2. three months before the date on which the reduction takes effect.
(3) Where current beneficiaries bear a material investment risk in the payout phase, they must be regularly and adequately informed by the pension fund.
