The opening of insolvency proceedings extinguishes 1. life insurance, 2. health insurance of the kind named in section 146, 3. private mandatory long-term care insurance under section 148, 4. accident insurance of the kind named in section 161, and 5. pension claims from the insurance named in section 162. The persons entitled may claim the share attributable to them, at the time of the opening of the insolvency proceedings, of the minimum scope of the tied assets under section 125(2). Section 315(1), second sentence, and (2), applies correspondingly.
