(1) The natural and legal persons included in group supervision, including their related and participating undertakings, are authorised to exchange all information necessary for applying the provisions of this Part.
(2) The ultimate participating undertaking may require from every other undertaking of the group all explanations and evidence that it needs to fulfil its obligations under this Chapter.
(3) The general data protection provisions remain unaffected.
