(1) Insurance undertakings must, in accordance with this Act, transmit to the supervisory authorities the information they need to perform their tasks under this Act (section 294(1)).
(2) The information must be complete, up to date, and accurate. It must take account of the nature, scale, and complexity of the business of the undertaking concerned and, in particular, of the risks associated with that business. Undertakings must submit the information to the supervisory authority within the time limit and in a comprehensible form.
