The Federal Institute revokes the authorisation where 1. the undertaking loses its authorisation to conduct business in its home country, or 2. in the case of section 70, the chosen supervisory authority revokes the authorisation to conduct business because the own funds calculated under section 70(1), first sentence, point 1, are insufficient. Section 304 remains unaffected.
