Contribution obligation in insolvency proceedings

(1) Insofar as members or departed members are obliged, under law or under the articles of association, to make contributions, they are liable to the association, upon the opening of insolvency proceedings, for its debts.
(2) Members who departed in the last year before the application to open insolvency proceedings, or after that application, are liable for the debts of the association as if they still belonged to it.
