Corresponding application of company-law provisions

(1) Section 188(1), first sentence, and section 195(3) also apply correspondingly to insurance stock corporations.
(2) Insofar as this Act contains provisions for the management board or the supervisory board, and public-law insurance undertakings do not have organs bearing these designations, the corresponding management organ takes the place of the management board, and the corresponding supervisory organ takes the place of the supervisory board. Sections 80 and 91(2) of the Stock Corporation Act apply correspondingly to the management organ of public-law insurance undertakings. Section 80 of the Stock Corporation Act applies correspondingly to the supervisory organ of public-law insurance undertakings.
