(1) The provisions of the Second Subdivision of the Fourth Division, in conjunction with the provisions of the First and Second Divisions of Book Three of the Commercial Code, apply correspondingly to public-law undertakings whose object is the conduct of insurance business and which are not social insurance institutions.
(2) Sections 36 and 37 do not apply to public-law insurance undertakings established under Land law and subject to Land supervision, for which additional Land-law provisions exist for the audit of their annual financial statements under section 341k of the Commercial Code.
