Subject to sections 110 and 111 of Book Eleven of the Social Code, section 146(1), points 1 to 4, and (2), and sections 155 to 157 and 160 apply correspondingly to private compulsory long-term care insurance and subsidised long-term care provision. Insurance contracts for private compulsory long-term care insurance must provide for the portability of the transfer value where the policyholder switches to another private health insurance undertaking.
