The Federal Institute must counteract deficiencies that could jeopardise the proper performance of the protection funds' tasks. The Federal Institute may make orders that are suitable and necessary to remedy or prevent these deficiencies. The Federal Institute has the rights under sections 305 and 306 vis-à-vis the protection funds. Otherwise, only the provisions of this Chapter, section 332, and the provisions of a statutory instrument under section 310a apply to the protection funds.
