(1) Together with the annual financial statements and management report prescribed under section 341a(1) of the Commercial Code, a calculation of the Solvency Capital Requirement must be submitted to the supervisory authority each year, and the own funds must be demonstrated to it.
(2) Insurance undertakings must report on their entire capital investments, broken down into new investments and holdings. The duties under section 126(2) remain unaffected.
