Equivalence

(1) Where equivalent supervision has been determined in the review procedure under section 288, the supervisory authority recognises the group supervision carried out in the third country as binding.
(2) Sections 279 to 287, section 293(1), section 298(1), section 305(1), point 1, section 306(1), first sentence, point 1, and section 309, apply correspondingly to cooperation with the supervisory authorities of the third country.
