(1) All undertakings subject to supervision under this Act must submit to the Federal Institute the statistical returns on their business operations that it requests. The Insurance Advisory Council must be consulted on the type of returns.
(2) Public-law insurance undertakings not subject to supervision under this Act must, upon request, submit to the Federal Institute the same statistical particulars of their business operations as insurance undertakings subject to supervision under this Act.
