(1) All members of the management board and the supervisory board must register the association for entry in the commercial register with the court in whose district it has its registered office. The application must state the power of representation held by the members of the management board.
(2) The supervisory authority must notify the registry court of every authorisation to conduct business within the meaning of section 171.
